Gordon Lowman & Kostin
Grady focuses his practice on representing injured victims and their families who have suffered physical, financial, or emotional loss due to no fault of their own. His practice includes representing individuals harmed by motor vehicle and trucking crashes, premises liability incidents, nursing home neglect, dog bite, rape/sexual assault, school abuse, and negligent security. He is an experienced trial attorney and prepares every case as if it will go to verdict. Grady doesn't back down from a challenge and routinely litigates against insurance companies, large corporations, private schools, and municipalities that refuse to take responsibility for their actions. His tenacity and preparation have helped him recover millions of dollars for his clients.
In 2019, Grady achieved the 16th highest verdict in Pennsylvania for a motor vehicle case as reported by the Legal Intelligencer. He was also selected as a 2020, 2021, and 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star in the category of personal injury, an honor given to fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania. In 2021, Grady was named a "Top Attorney" in the category of personal injury by South Jersey Magazine.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Grady assists the firm's individual and small business clients in a variety of civil litigation claims, including estate litigation, commercial litigation, contracts, fee/payment disputes, defamation, consumer fraud, and landlord/tenant.
Before teaming up with Roy Gordon, Grady worked in Philadelphia for a large personal injury firm and a mid-sized full-service law firm. While working as an attorney at these firms, Grady sharpened his litigation skillset by taking hundreds of witness depositions, conducting expert witness testimony, participating in countless arbitrations and mediations, and serving as lead counsel for numerous jury trials.
Grady earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Rutgers School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, after completing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During law school, Grady was a senior editor for the Journal of Law & Public Policy and participated in both the mock trial and moot court programs. While in law school, Grady worked as a law clerk for several Philadelphia law firms with emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice, and legal malpractice cases. He also spent a summer at Yale Law School as a Jerome Frank Summer Fellow in the Veterans Legal Services Clinic, where he represented Vietnam and Korea veterans who were wrongfully discharged due to combat-related PTSD. Upon graduation, Grady received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James Manderino Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
